Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our customer support team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Narmda is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
